Your tasks
- Maintain and update company standards, procedures and manuals in line with aviation regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and close internal/external audit findings through corrective and preventive actions
- Manage capability lists, company authorisations and stamps, ensuring accurate records and approvals
- Approve and monitor subcontractors to maintain compliance and regulatory readiness
- Act as point of contact with aviation authorities (FOCA, UK CAA, ECAA), preparing and maintaining certification documentation
- Conduct internal and external audits covering safety, quality and compliance
- Support and deliver training sessions (web-based or classroom) on compliance and related subjects
Your Profile
- Technical degree (EQF level 4+) in aerospace, mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory/compliance functions
- Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations (EASA continuing airworthiness preferred)
- Experience with compliance audits, certification processes, or quality assurance systems
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills; deadline-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or Q-Pulse is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (C1); German is a plus
