As a Contract Support Manager you will be responsible for responsible for supporting the Engine Quick Turn Line in delivering the financial, operational and contractual target of the contract; managing contract value-flow; and improving contract and service performance transparency and stability. You will be responsible for coordinating the analysis of financial and operational account performance and ensures correct financial account reporting. You will prepare the contract reviews and propose customer contract improvement plan and customer retention plan together with the Engine Quick Turn Line team. You will drive continuous improvement to improve contract profitability in cooperation with The Manager of Quick Turn Line.

Your tasks

  • Under the lead of the Quick Turn Line, monitor and manage customer contract KPIs (financial, operational, contractual) including thereof reporting (for external business reviews and internal purpose) and improvement action initiation and implementation
  • Managing the value-flow of the contract and The Engine Quick Turn event, including but not limited to manage timely and accurate estimations, invoicing processes accrual management (initial invoice review, write-off and reconciliation invoice management), closing-the-loop analysis, provide feedback to Product Management and Contract performance
  • Support Shop Visit Manager in customer relationship and contract management, including contract phase-in and phase-out management, contract improvement actions, customer retention plan, and reporting
  • Establish and manage tools and reports to improve contract performance transparency, increase financial performance forecast accuracy, and achieve communication standardization

Your Profile

  • University Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 5+ years’ experience in aerospace industry, with in depth knowledge of MRO industry preferred
  • Core competencies in business economics and contract management, knowledge of finance is a plus
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Structured, solution-driven approach
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 level required)
