Controller – Engines Business

Location: Belgrade
 
The position holder will provide the SR Technics management with insightful and appropriate financial information about the performance of the Engines Business as a basis for decision making and steering of the operations.

Your tasks

 
  • Assist in the month-end-closing process to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and conduct thorough analysis of financial results
  • Contribute to the preparation of forecasts to provide a clear picture of the financial trajectory
  • Support the budgeting and business planning process
  • Provide conclusive information to Management and Operations as basis for decision making
  • Develop transparent and thorough cost analyses and project insights to enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvements of finance tools & processes
  • Undertake ad-hoc analysis, assignments, and business case calculations to address occurring needs

Your profile

 
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration/ Finance; equivalent or higher
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in a financial function
  • Experience in an industrial environment preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge in SAP and analysis tools is an advantage
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Eager to learn new things and challenge yourself
