Your tasks
- Manage all deployment initiatives, ensuring that dependencies, risks, and testing processes are clearly visible to all stakeholders
- Develop and maintain change plans, track progress of developments ensuring that our application release stay on schedule and meet customer needs
- Act as the communication hub, coordinating deliverables across teams and fostering collaboration to drive successful deployments and releases
- Evaluate business benefits and service impact of upcoming release, develop communication plan, release notes and other user related communication
- Lead the change advisory board, ensure change quality complies with the standard procedures and coordinate further deployment activities through established procedures
- Drive quality assurance measures in solution and service development, i.e. documentation standards, testing procedures, code reviews and audits
- Leverage agile methodologies and best practices to streamline deployment processes, ensuring efficiency and adaptability in our environment
- Establish and nurture relationships with our service providers, ensuring comprehensive documentations are maintained
- By tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, ensure that our deployments meet acceptance and quality criteria, contributing to our commitment to reliability and transparency
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Computer Science is preferred
- Proven planning, project management, and organizational skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional skills in managing expectations and building positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively both collaboratively within a team and independently
- Experience with ITIL service management, particularly in change and release management, is advantageous
- High level of initiative, personal responsibility, and assertiveness
- Experience in supplier management within an international environment is desirable
- Capabilities in creating comprehensive documentation, including process mapping, guidelines, and working instructions
