EASA PART-145 Engine Training Instructor
Your tasks
- Be a role model for a Generative Safety Culture, ensuring Safety is a culture.
- Promote a positive Quality Culture, ensuring the Quality Policy is actively communicated, implemented, and adhered to within the organization.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve all elements of the Safety Management System in accordance with the Safety Guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective training at the required locations, utilizing diverse instructional resources and methods to address students' varying needs.
- Prepare and manage training materials and infrastructure for both theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Employ the latest technologies to enhance instructional support.
- Set clear learning objectives, monitor individual student progress, and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Conclude training courses with comprehensive data provision for its administration
- Maintain and update documentation as per aviation authorities’ rules, regulations, and agreed guidelines, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in training product development and business-related projects, contributing to the precision of technical content.
- Commit to professional growth by continuously expanding qualifications and competencies.
Your Profile
- Certification as a Technician (AML B1, B2, or equivalent).
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Education.
- A minimum of 5 years in aviation maintenance or a similar field.
- Availability to conduct training worldwide, with a readiness to travel regularly.
- Self-motivated and independent with excellent organizational skills in operational settings.
- Proven experience in technical teaching and preferably certified as a technical trainer.
- Skilled in instructional design and people learning principles.
- Exceptional communication abilities, adaptable to various audiences and cultures.
- Openness to new ideas, change initiatives, and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in German and English, minimum Level B2, C1 preferred.
