As a Fachkraft Oberflächenbearbeitung ( Painter) you will:

Your tasks

  • Perform work according to valid instructions, regulations, and customer orders 
  • Complete tasks while considering time, cost, and quality requirements 
  • Ensure high productivity and efficient use of resources 
  • Follow standardized work processes and procedures 
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean workspace (5S principles) 

Your Profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as a Car Painter or equivalent, or 2+ years of aircraft painting experience 
  • Independent, precise, and responsible working style 
  • Positive, collaborative team player 
  • Basic IT skills 
  • Good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written) 
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
