Your tasks
- Check and register travel expense reports for various companies within the Group
- Record and reconcile daily bank transactions, ensuring all entries are accurately reflected in the general ledger
- Execute month-end closing processes
- Perform Intercompany reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Prepare VAT returns and reconcilaition for various companies within the Group for the countries Serbia, Switzerland, Australia, the UK, Singapore, Ireland, etc.
- Analyze key accounts, understand related processes, compile data, and prepare various financial reports. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records in SAP
- Collaborate and prepare reports and data for external and internal audit, ensuring timely submission and compliance with audit requirements
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred as a minimum
- Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in accounting
- Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong overall IT literacy, experience working with SAP, experience with LucaNet or a similar consolidation tool is an advantage
- Additional requirements: Operational/specialized knowledge in accounting, strong analytical skills, quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes, high level of self-awareness, self-control, and self-discipline, specialized and proactive approach to accounting-related tasks
- Technical and Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, pivot tables)
