HR Apprentice
Your tasks
- Talent Acquisition and recruitment support (candidate sourcing, managing interviews, sending offers….)
- Onboarding support (collect and update employee personal data, support work permit process, facilitate onboarding activities for new hires….)
- HR Administration support (manage HR mailbox communications, edit and update HR reports, following up on medical exams, and assist with other administrative tasks.…)
- Data Management (set up and maintain employee profiles in HRIS, ensure proper HR data storage…)
- Cross Functional support
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing or planning an apprenticeship in HR
- Excellent communication skills and team player mindset
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in French and professional proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and interest in HR systems
