As an HR Controller & Analyst you will:

Your tasks

  • Support HR budgeting, personnel cost, and FTE monitoring  
  • Develop, maintain, deliver, and improve HR controlling monitoring tasks and any related reports 
  • Provide the required analysis and trends of HR controlling KPIs 
  • Support Finance Controllers and Payroll Services on any HR controlling topic 
  • Manage the various communication avenues with the business to provide solutions for day-to-day issues and requests 
  • Regularly update and maintain user data and system configuration 
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports to senior HR staff, dashboarding, project and cost planning and forecasting 
  • Provide regular and ad hoc requests and resolve queries as part of audit projects
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks on systems and user data 
  • Create and update system processes, procedures, and support documentation 
  • Support statistical analyses of HR data for various purposes, benchmarking, and other ad hoc requests 
  • Participate in assigned HR projects and support HRIS regular tasks 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Economics, or Business Administration 
  • Knowledge and navigational skills of HR systems (e.g. SAP, payroll tools, SuccessFactors, REXX) 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Controlling positions, or any similar positions 
  • Customer focused, results-oriented with a strong attention to detail and a problem solver who can 
  • Communicate complex information effectively 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, VBA, database) and analytics tools 
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills 
  • Knowledge of project management and business administration desirable 
  • English level C1, any other language is considered as a plus
