Your tasks
- Manage and administer all HR relevant processes/services (onboarding, current employment, offboarding) for employees in our headquarters in Switzerland
- Manage and maintain employee data in Success Factors and provide appropriate documents (joiners, transfers, promotion, secondments, change of working hours, reorganizations, leavers, etc.)
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders about the employees’ changes
- Act as a first point of contact for all employees’ queries via ticketing system
- Create, maintain and revise work instructions
- Support the continuous improvement of HR Processes
Your Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience on similar roles in a multinational environment
- Trustworthy with attention to details and strong service orientation
- Ability to deal with time-sensitive data driven by payroll cycle
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English, German is advantage
