As a IT Onsite Engineer you will deliver high-quality onsite support across operational and office area, ensuring stable and continuous IT workplace services and local infrastructure. As the hands-on support presence for the site, you will provide timely onsite interventions, support business-critical systems, and work closely with central IT teams, external partners, and production stakeholders. Responsibilities also will include IMACD activities and related onsite services. Through a strong onsite presence, the engineer will help minimize downtime, ensure fast response times, and maintain reliable service continuity for the office site in Belgrade.

Your tasks

  • Deliver hands-on onsite support for digital workplace devices, peripherals, printers, and collaboration tools, including resolving incidents and service requests escalated from remote or third-party teams
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex onsite IT issues while contributing to system rollouts, infrastructure migrations, and local IT project activities
  • Execute break–fix tasks, hardware replacements, device commissioning, and manage warranty processes
  • Perform JLM (Joiner/Leaver/Mover) and IMACD services across workplace and network-connected devices
  • Support installation, testing, maintenance, and coordination of local IT infrastructure, server room equipment, and network components (incl. cabling)
  • Maintain accurate documentation (CMDB, asset inventory, ITSM ServiceNow tickets) and collaborate with vendors and remote support teams
  • Collaborate closely with vendors, 3rd party specialists and coordinate in specific cases onsite interventions with remote support teams

Your Profile

  • Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent practical IT education
  • Experience in IT onsite support within office environments
  • Strong skills and Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Intune) and Azure as plus
  • General related technical knowledge on hardware
  • Familiarity with operational security practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and pragmatic working approach with strong problem-solving ability
  • Fluent in Serbian and English (must criteria)
