Your tasks

  • Consult internal business and IT stakeholders on modern workplace services
  • Lead the workplace community to assess needs, promote adoption, and improve user maturity
  • Define workplace journeys, user stories, rollout strategies, and ensure lifecycle and security compliance
  • Align workplace and end user service strategy with organizational goals and collaborate with business units, architecture teams, and external partners to design sustainable solutions
  • Provide leadership in requirement engineering and solution design
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Manage workplace projects using agile methodologies
  • Stay updated on technology trends and recommend innovations

Your Profile

  • Higher education in computer science or relevant business IT certifications (HF, FH)
  • 5+ years of experience in end-user services and workplace management
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Intune, Active Directory, ServiceNow)
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering modern workplace projects
  • Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
