As a Logistics & Shipping Specialist you will be responsible to pack all kind of material, according to regulations and service level agreements on time for dispatching and support for express inbound and outbound deliveries. You will take care of your equipment/machines and act in economical favorable terms and conditions with a good customer behavior and thinking. You will support SR Technics in meeting its growth objectives

Your tasks

  • Packing of all materials to be shipped
  • Ensuring quality requirements in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures (secure air freight, dangerous goods)
  • Handling of the packing process in SAP incl. archiving
  • Handover of the packed goods to the forwarding agent
  • Express transport of the packed goods to the cargo handling agent at ZRH airport
  • Handling of express inbound deliveries
  • Unloading and loading of trucks
  • Interface to other departments and external forwarders
  • Customer oriented thinking and acting
  • Drive continuous improvement activities within the organization
  • Implement and maintain a good 5S level

Your Profile

  • Logistics Apprenticeship or similar education
  • Good communication skills
  • English Level B1
  • Logistics experience and experience in working within cross functional teams and in multicultural environments
  • Driving license & Forklift Driving License
  • Work in Teams as a team player
  • Must be in a good physical condition
  • Readiness for shift and weekend work
