Manager Business Process Management
The Manager Process Management is a key role in SR Technics to enable companywide business process management in the context of our regulatory framework and for process optimization through continuous improvement and digitalization.
The Manager Process Management reports to the VP Business Services & Digital Solutions and will lead a team of Process Consultants.
Your tasks
- Own the company’s process framework and ensure it is up-to-date and fulfils all internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ensure process governance (operational, organizational, technical) in alignment with process owners.
- Set standards and guide process consultants to meet the process requirements.
- Implement and maintain the BPM tool, methodology and artefacts.
- Maintain a backlog of requirements on business process analysis and modelling.
- Lead the design of processes, promote best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver measurable business process output in projects.
- Develop and implement business process performance management.
- Collaborate with peers in both IT and business to:
- Design optimized technology enabled processes.
- Drive the adoption of a process-centric culture of business optimization.
- Line management of process consultants
Your profile
- Your experience and interest meet our requirements above.
- Experience in developing process management and governance competencies in organizations.
- Track record in enterprise level projects to design and deliver technology enabled processes.
- Led a team of technical experts to achieve organization’s process management goals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to explain and “sell” the process management goals and objectives.
- Excellent analytical, planning and execution skills.
- A natural leader, but also a team member that shares some of the responsibilities along with the team.
- Bring industry experience that helps you relate to our business quickly (e.g., industries with physical products such as in MRO, Manufacturing, Supply chain etc).
