Your tasks
- Lead product development team, schedule and monitor product work and review results for timeliness, accuracy, and quality of product delivery
- Lead and oversee product development projects to drive customer satisfaction, business impact, and value creation
- Manage key customer and partner relationships to ensure business continuity, growth, and alignment with product expectations
- Identify technology trends and translate them into innovative products and services
- Drive product strategy and manage the innovation pipeline through the Go-to-Market process
- Develop business cases and present product initiatives to senior leadership
- Continuously improve and expand the product portfolio while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and aviation authority requirements
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in product and/or project development, supported by a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a Technical field (additional education in Market Analysis and/or Product Development is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, motivate, and empower people
- Creative and innovative mindset, able to generate new ideas, develop products or designs, and propose multiple solutions to problems
- Excellent communication skills, with adaptability across different people, cultures, and situations; strong presentation, negotiation, and customer-facing experience
- Solid planning and organizational abilities, including setting clear objectives, managing projects, and identifying required resources
- Proactive and positive attitude, with an understanding of cross-cultural differences and customer behavior
