Master Data Specialist
Location: Belgrade
As a member of the Master Data Management team, you will be ultimately responsible for creation, maintenance and adaptation of SAP Master Data records for all business units.
Your tasks
- Maintenance of master data in SAP according to agreed procedures and workflows in SR Technics:
- Creation of new records
- Maintenance of existing records
- Block/Flag of existing records
- Coordinate and build relationship with internal and external contacts/stakeholders and act proactively in Master Data and documentation collection.
- Ensure best response time in terms of collecting the missing data in order to complete documentation/forms for processing requested actions in agreed timeline (SLA)
- Ensure that the accuracy of the request is correct to avoid duplicates
- Ensure data compliance and quality regarding master data
- Check final approvals with internal quality department when applicable
- Continuously improve and automate all relevant process
- Actively prepare and support audit runs
Your profile
- Bachelor / Higher Education degree in Administration, Finance or Supply Chain
- 1+ year of relevant working experience in Data Management
- Knowledge of SAP Maintenance is desirable
- Experience in aviation environment will be an advantage
- Fluent English
- MS Office (Excel) - Advanced
