Your tasks
- Coordinate engine parts and assemblies based on priorities to ensure a smooth maintenance flow across all Centers of Excellence
- Monitor workloads across reworking and inspection cells and set timelines for parts throughout each stage of the workflow
- Maintain communication with internal shop customers (CoE) and third-party customers to support efficient operations and issue resolution
- Execute clarifications with customers and suppliers regarding technical, operational, and process-related matters
- Define and manage the charging of specific working steps to customers in accordance with operational requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of shop processes to optimize quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality regulations while applying 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Your Profile
- Completed 3–4 years of technical apprenticeship with 2–4 years of experience in engine services, particularly PW4000 and CFM56 engines
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and coordination skills in a technical or maintenance environment.
Open-minded, proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities - Basic IT proficiency, including MS Office and SAP
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Flexible and willing to work in a two-shift operation environment.
