Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Belgrade
 
Supply Chain Analyst in organizational unit Material Coordination and Logistics is accountable for material related analysis, reporting and implementation of improvement projects, supporting delivery of the defined KPIs (operational, financial, qualitative, contractual), process standardization, resulting in continuous improvement of the whole end to end material management process.

Your tasks

 
  • Systematically monitor and analyse overall end to end Material Management process across all the involved departments.
  • Create, maintain and ensure the accuracy of various operational and financial databases, tools and reports supporting the delivery of the defined KPIs (operational, financial, qualitative, contractual) and process standardization.
  • Recommend and justify the most appropriate actions to ensure continuous improvement, transparency and efficiency of the material management and overall operational processes.
  • Support various improvement initiatives by using data mining tools to conduct data/trend analysis.
  • Support the Material Coordinators and Operational Procurement Managers to manage complex operational cases and to find alternate solutions for material availability to meet engine shop visit deadlines.
  • Ensure maintaining and continuous improvement of existing Tool and smooth transition into new SAP environment
  • Ensure Reporting and Process standardization and to ensure accuracy and simplicity of all reports, according to operations requirements

Your profile

 
  • University degree preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years of professional experience in general Supply Chain Management
  • 3+ years’ experience in aerospace industry, with in depth knowledge of MRO industry would be considered as plus
  • Advanced database working knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, VBA, Power BI, SAS or similar analytics software would be considered as plus
  • Experience in utilizing Material Requirements Planning tools (SAP desired)
  • Excellent project management skills, result, and deadline oriented
  • Full professional proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • A self-disciplined, consequent, and structured personality is required
  • Communicative team player with positive attitude, solution, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability and attention to details
  • Experience in an international work environment across cultures/locations
  • Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary.
