As a Multi-skilled mechanic - CNC Milling you will:

Your tasks

  • Perform precision machining of aircraft engine components according to OEM specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards
  • Program and operate NC and CNC control systems (e.g., Heidenhain, Siemens)
  • Manufacture and optimize production tools and fixtures
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment
  • Create and update Job Cards and ensure process compliance
  • Continuously improve shop processes following Lean and Continuous Improvement principles
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace according to 5S and safety standards

Your Profile

  • Completed technical apprenticeship (EFZ), e.g., Polymechanic, Production Mechanic, or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of experience in NC/CNC machining and programming
  • Experience with control system programming (Heidenhain or Siemens preferred)
  • Independent, precise, and structured working style
  • Reliable team player with a strong quality and safety mindset
  • Basic IT skills and willingness to work in a two-shift system
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written); English at least A2 level
