As a Network Support Generalist (temporary) you will assist Line maintenance operations in driving all technical aspects and overseeing key areas such as technical documentation management, process development and standardization, training and authorizations management, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Your tasks

  • Assist in the management of Network Support processes
  • Edit and/or publish, and maintain standardized procedures within the LMAG Process Landscape
  • Ensure all processes are allocated correctly within the LMAG Process Landscape
  • Monitor the expiry dates of documents within the LMAG Process Landscape
  • Manage customer relevant documentation
  • Support access to customer data via customer and/or OEM platforms
  • Ensure the performance (KPIs) of customers is monitored and data recorded / analyzed against contractual targets
  • Maintain technical training records and coordinate EASA, company and functional training
  • Support the onboarding of new staff as required
  • Revise Training Manual and set training requirements
  • Control Evidence of Current Experience of Certifying staff and coordinate remedial actions as required
  • Assess documentation and training requirements for the EASA Part-145 Certification Authorization (initial, renewal, change, revoke) and Special Authorizations (EGR, BSI)
  • Produce Training Overview and monitor the expiry dates of the courses, Certification Authorizations and Special Authorizations
  • Maintain the capability matrix
  • Create and distribute important information via Advisory notices and Training letters with relevance to EASA Part-145 regulations and occurrence reports
  • Work alongside the Safety & Regulatory Compliance department to fulfill National Aviation Authority (NAA) requirements
  • Provide support to Line stations during customer/authority audits
  • Initiate / support CI projects within responsibilities of Network Support
  • Act as Deputy to the Manager of Network Support

Your Profile

  • Familiarity with Aerospace MRO business and industry regulations, with preferred experience and/or education in Line Maintenance and quality
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Fluent in English
