As a Occupational Safety Specialist you will be part of the Global Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Team based at Zurich-Airport. You will be responsible to assist the business units and service centers to improve their occupational safety & health performance

Your tasks

  • Carry out occupational safety & health audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and health standards and regulations and introduce improvements where needed
  • Consult on occupational safety & health questions
  • Defining internal work instructions 
  • Design and implement campaigns to promote sustainable occupational safety & health performance 
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, complaints and near misses
  • Give internal safety & health training
  • Coach and support the OSHE Representatives
  • Liaise with government officials to ensure legal compliance 

Your Profile

  • Interest in the health & safety of the company’s employees
  • ASGS specialist or expert (or equivalent accreditation)
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Good social, communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Basic understanding of ISO45001 standard
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Proficiency (spoken and written) in German as well as English knowledge (Level B2 or higher)
