Your tasks
- Support the Planning Officer in developing and updating short- and mid-term maintenance schedules
- Assist in coordinating aircraft slots and hangar usage for upcoming maintenance tasks
- Help ensure that required materials, parts, and tools are identified and available before work begins
- Monitor task progress and support timely commercial reporting of completed work
- Assist with the preparation, shipment, and archiving of maintenance documentation
- Maintain communication with internal teams (logistics, operations, technicians) to support smooth planning execution
- Help track technician hours and update relevant records as needed
Your Profile
- Some experience in planning or logistics (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) — this is a real plus!
- Fluent French (spoken and written) and a good command of English (B2 level)
- Confident Excel skills to manage and track data effectively
- You are proactive, creative and you have a structured and organized approach.
