Procurement Analyst
Location: Belgrade
You will be responsible for the development, collection, maintenance and evaluation of procurement dedicated data and information, analysis and reports for the entire procurement organization in order to support effective achievement of the organization`s objectives. You will apply the principals of Lean and Continuous Improvement in daily tasks.
Your tasks
- Develop and implement databases from data collection tools
- Maintain data and information for all Procurement
- Analyse data based on existing sources and provide reports
- Maintain existing data sources and reports and provide continuous improvements
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
- Support Procurement organization in all aspects of administration
- Support Procurement projects
- Steer and support all kind of Safety and Lean CI activities within the Procurement Organization
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or economics preferred
- Supply Chain / Purchasing education
- Work experience: preferred
- Professional experience in technical environment desired
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge (Procurement module)
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Language skills: English: C1 (required), German: B1 (desired)
