Your tasks
- Prepare competitive, profitable, and creative proposals for customers, ensuring accuracy in costs, pricing, and contractual terms
- Coordinate major proposals, ensure Sales Force is up to date, and align sales strategy between Strategic and Product Sales, while working with the Head of Product Management and relevant departments to ensure cross-team alignment
- Support and participate in negotiations with Sales during the proposal phase to achieve optimal agreements, ensuring realizable contract content, proper handover to Account Management, and clear understanding of financial terms and conditions
- Ensure smooth handover of all relevant contract and proposal information to executing departments after contract signature, while supporting continuous contract review to define actions that improve clarity, reduce risks, and prevent potential disputes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to foster trust and long-term collaboration, while identifying and addressing past issues to prevent problems in existing and future contracts
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, coordinate PPR-specific market intelligence, support improvements to internal tools and processes, and keep PPR updated on projects and order intake
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the products. E.g. commercial, technical etc
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering or business administration with strong financial and commercial knowledge, and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role in aerospace or a similar industry
- MRO and/or engine knowledge is desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost considerations
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
- Fluent in English (C1), with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage
