We are a world leading Engine MRO service provider headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with over 90 years of experience delivering customized maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions to more than 300 customers worldwide. We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Business Development team at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach.
 
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for providing correct, competitive, profitable and creative proposals to customers, in line with their requests. You will also support and conduct contract negotiations, together with our sales Department. You will have to ensure smooth handover of relevant contract information to other departments after contract signature for its correct execution.

Your tasks

  • Develop competitive, creative, and profitable customer proposals with accurate cost and pricing calculations 
  • Ensure contracts, offers, and GTAs are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with proposal requirements 
  • Coordinate and document assumptions with Product Management and relevant departments, especially when deviating from standard processes 
  • Collaborate with Sales to support and conduct negotiations during the proposal phase 
  • Manage smooth handover of contract details to execution teams after signature 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while maintaining deep product knowledge 
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-mortem analysis and proactive enhancements to tools and processes

Your Profile

  • Degree in engineering or business administration with strong financial and commercial knowledge, and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role in aerospace or a similar industry
  • MRO and/or engine knowledge is desirable  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Independent, precise, and responsible working style with strong safety, quality, and cost awareness 
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP 
  • Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage
