Project Manager (Temporary for 1,5 year)

Location: Belgrade
 
The position holder will be responsible for achieving the defined result in the assigned project streams within the project. You will specify project scope and deliverables based on the topic provided applying continuous improvement and project management principles. You will have the chance to lead the assigned project and report regularly on progress internally, and prepare the project documentation for the use of the training services senior management. You will also further support any relevant initiatives to ensure the targeted optimization. 

Your tasks

 
  • Lead project streams as required and assigned
  •  Cooperate and contribute to training services overall project portfolio
  • Plan projects according to capacity plan and budget, prepare resources and provide scenarios
  • Monitor projects and progress against milestones and act preventively on influences by providing, demanding, and enforcing solutions with all relevant stakeholders to assure on time delivery
  • Identify risks, edit a risk matrix, and define mitigations
  • Develop and execute an action plan to remove obstacles in assigned area of responsibility
  • Use Lean Six Sigma (incl. DMAIC, Lean Events, 5S and Root Cause Analysis) or any internationally recognized project management tools to achieve all targets
  • Provide information on project status in relevant systems and reporting standards.
  • Lead and organize project team and meetings. Define resources required and ensure their allocation
  • Align with other business project managers as required
  • Support organisation on dedicated subjects
  • Provide full visibility and knowledge on status of their project
  • Improve related processes continuously to optimize daily business

Your profile

 
  • Significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service combined with strong process competence
  • Work experience in applying lean CI tools
  • Understanding CI methods
  • Experience in leading projects and process related positions driving continuous improvement
  • Structured and organized
