As a Quality Inspector - External Cell you will:

Your tasks

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on various engine parts and components
  • Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations as well as internal safety and quality standards
  • Prepare and review work documentation for internal and external overhaul activities
  • Clarify technical deviations from manufacturer specifications in collaboration with Technical Support
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of processes
  • Actively apply Lean methods (e.g., Lean events, 5S)
  • Conduct internal audits to support the continuous improvement of quality and infrastructure

Your Profile

  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic, automotive mechanic, mechanical technician, or equivalent)
  • Precise, independent, and quality-driven working style
  • Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
  • High sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and performance
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a two-shift system
  • Good IT skills (MS Office; SAP is a plus)
  • Good English skills required; German is an advantage
