Quality Inspector – Kitter

You will prepare engine piece part kits for module assembly, check the material condition, including Part number and Serial number verification, and update the SAP System to support quality and operating program.

Your tasks

 
  • Check on part number and serial number on piece part level for Engine Material of CFM56 & PW4000 Engines
  • Promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organization
  • Ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual
  • Check material effectivity and damages
  • Prepare module kits according to material planning disposition
  • Perform technical goods receiving inspection
  • Perform technical and administrative completion of assigned tasks according to the relevant guidelines, including SAP structure updates
  • Be responsible for completion of tasks on time as well as assure of quality of completed work
  • Use of the concepts of Lean and Six Sigma (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to ensure continuous improvement
  • work in 2-shifts

Your profile

 
  • Apprenticeship as technician or equivalent is required
  • Self-discipline, self-responsibility as well as good communication abilities and readiness for teamwork are important requirements
  • Professional experience with a significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service required, with at least 3 years of experience in quality driven industry, desirably in the MRO industry
  • Quality and Safety driven mindset
  • The ability to work finely, exactly and independently is required
  • B1 level of English and B2 level of German is required
