Quality Inspector - Module Inspection

Your tasks

  • Timely execution of technical inspections of aircraft engine components (Pratt & Whitney 4000 and CFM 56)
  • Create repair orders for components and individual parts
  • Request and perform engine modifications
  • Carry out all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with current regulations
  • Inspect modifications performed on individual parts and components
  • Complete assigned work on schedule while ensuring high work quality
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety
  • Handle operating materials (resources) in an environmentally conscious manner
  • Work independently with an economic mindset and behavior

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic (Swiss EFZ qualification) or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Good physical condition and ability to handle stress
  • Personal responsibility and self-motivation are a given
  • Basic PC skills, especially MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B1)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
