Your tasks
- Timely execution of technical inspections of aircraft engine components (Pratt & Whitney 4000 and CFM 56)
- Create repair orders for components and individual parts
- Request and perform engine modifications
- Carry out all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with current regulations
- Inspect modifications performed on individual parts and components
- Complete assigned work on schedule while ensuring high work quality
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety
- Handle operating materials (resources) in an environmentally conscious manner
- Work independently with an economic mindset and behavior
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic (Swiss EFZ qualification) or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship
- Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good physical condition and ability to handle stress
- Personal responsibility and self-motivation are a given
- Basic PC skills, especially MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B1)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
