Your tasks
- Lead and project manage repair introduction projects for PW1100G, Leap-1A/-1B PW4000 and CFM56 engines
- Selecting and implementing innovative technologies ensuring future proofed capability for the existing customer fleets
- Interface with the OEM for technical repair data relevant to facilitate repair introduction, make- or- buy analysis and manage interactions for source demonstrations and industrialization projects
- Responsible for First Article Inspection and release to Operations
- Prepare and present initial data package based on EASA Part 145 for repair decision
- Provide support to Quality, Process Engineering as well as Tooling Engineering during process audit
Your Profile
- Experience in leading simple and complex projects and delivering on quality, in budget and on time
- Proactive, positive and flexible character with a strong execution mentality and the ability to lead and energize team
- Experience in a manufacturing, operations or an engineering environment, preferably in the MRO and aerospace business or other similar manufacturing technologies
- Experience in project management, lean and quality methodologies
- Engineering degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7) or equivalent experience in similar industries
- Fluent in English (Level C1), German (Level B1) is an advantage
