You will ensure that business solutions meet business requirements and deliver the anticipated business value. The SAP Application Manager will evaluate the impact of new requirements and changes, support project implementation, and contribute to other IT projects and initiatives. You will advise business stakeholder on continuous improvement, application lifecycle management, and is providing general support in daily business including ticket/incident handling and small change execution.
Your tasks
- Consult business stakeholders on digitalization and optimization of SAP Supply Chain Management processes and support the definition of the solution roadmap and portfolio
- Evaluate business needs and design IT solutions in collaboration with enterprise architects, security and solution engineers
- Manage end-to-end change request implementations including small changes and enhancements to ensure that the delivered business solution meets the business requirements
- Develop and maintain solution specifications, including functional design, technology definitions, data models, integrations, security, performance, etc.
- Coordinate and guide external vendors and development partners, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Provide operational and functional support, handling incidents, service requests, and problem management to ensure stable application operations
- Ensure compliance to IT Governance, Security and Enterprise Architecture policies and guidelines
Your Profile
- Higher degree (Bachelor) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong business and functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management and related processes
- Ability to understand complex system landscape including cloud, SaaS, and hybrid architectures
- Experience in support, maintenance, lifecycle and knowledge management of business applications
- Customer focused and result driven, delivering high-quality service aligned with business needs
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in international teams
