As a Shop Visit Manager you will be responsible for engine output, on time delivery against contractual agreements and you will be the single point of contact for assigned engines for operations

Your tasks

  • Single point of contact for PW4000 engine
  • Lead all engine projects according to engine process
  • Maintain and provide full visibility of the status of all ongoing projects at all times
  • Compare engine progress and material availability with milestone plan and take preventative action against hinderances by providing and enforcing solutions with Account Management, Ops, CoE, Purchasing and Engineering to assure on time delivery
  • Plan engine input / output with production planning according to capacity plan
  • Continuously improve related processes to optimize daily business
  • Lead and organize engine-team meetings
  • Provide information on engine status in relevant systems (eg. Engine log, RAIL)

Your Profile

  • Advanced process training required; University’s Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and / or Business Administration desired
  • Significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service required; significant experience (3+ years) in project and process related positions in the MRO industry desired
  • Fluent in German (Level C1) and high level of English (B2) required
