Specialist Business Processes and Reporting

In this role, the main focus is on developing and implementing of processes and procedures according CI and Lean principals, defining and improving of system requirements, providing overall guidelines, rules and training instructions to assure efficient and accurate material handling. The unit oversees Business Processes and Reporting, as well as Engine Services stock locations and its management.

Your tasks

  • Project lead and/or team member for material related process- and system implementation and improvement
  • Monitor SAP transactions and take corrective actions to assure correct stock levels, location and ownership
  • Interface and support for material handling standards and SAP processes to the disposition and material planning
  • Analyze and coordination of process issues to localize and initiate preventive action items
  • Initiate process development, implementation and improvement design. Develop guidelines, rules to action and concepts for process optimization
  • Develop, improve and implement well defined interfaces
  • Define and implement metrics for material handling and flow
  • Establish and publish guidelines, rules and instruction
  • Continuous improvement, Lean and 5S
  • Managing the Engine Services and Material reports

Your profile

  • Commercial apprenticeship with additional degree in business administration or relevant academic degree
  • Several years of professional expertise in the area of Supply Chain or Purchasing
  • Previous work experience in a technical environment highly desired
  • Actual practical experience in the Aviation or MRO industry would be highly beneficial
  • Any certification in regards to lean management is considered a plus
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English (Level C1)
