Your tasks
- Support the organisation of business reviews/presentations etc. together with applicable Strategic Procurement Manager
- Assist in the development of internal policies and tools necessary to implement strategic sourcing initiatives and assists in prioritizing strategic sourcing initiatives
- Contribute to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, acting as a spokesperson for procurement-related sustainability projects
- Work collaboratively with the Procurement teams in reporting, serving as a backup for royalty calculation and order management
- Analyse data, in accordance with compliances, policies, rules and regulations
- Analyse Logistics requirements, identify opportunities and support Logistic operations and reporting
- Support procurement strategy and continuously reduce total cost of ownership and improve quality, standards and delivery performance of the services and products purchased
- Recommend and justify strategic sourcing initiatives by using data mining tools to conduct spend analysis, prepare supporting reports/spreadsheets, comparisons
- Streamline procurement processes, ensuring harmonization across all procurement divisions and coordinating the correction of audits findings
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business administration or economics preferred
- Supply Chain / Purchasing / Logistic education preferred
- Professional experience in Technical Environment/Aviation/MRO preferred
- Professional expertise in Purchasing / Supply Chain / Logistic
- Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent analytical and administrations skills required
- SAP knowledge
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Extended database working knowledge
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and collaborative with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-departmental communication
- Familiarity with ESG initiatives, tools such as Ecovadis as well as experience working with legal, tax, and compliance considered a plus
- Pro-active and self-motivated with focus on continuous improvement
- Language skills: English fluent, German desired
