As a Supervisor you will:

Your tasks

  • Lead and manage a team both technically and disciplinarily 
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure high productivity 
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulations 
  • Drive personnel development and skill management to meet deadlines 
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects successfully 
  • Implement Lean principles to improve processes and efficiency 
  • Conduct 5S audits and continuously optimize operational workflows 

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational apprenticeship with experience in a technical environment (aviation experience is a plus) 
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency 
  • Independent, precise, and responsible working style 
  • Proficient in German and English (B2) 
  • Strong MS Office skills
