As we enter a significant ramp-up phase, especially in our operational and technical areas, we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team. Based in Belgrade, this position offers the opportunity to support international hiring across SR Technics and contribute to building a strong and sustainable recruitment function.
 

Your tasks

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across the SR Technics group, with a focus on operational and technical roles
  • Support additional white-collar or hidden searches when required
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the wider HR team throughout the process
  • Source talent through multiple channels – LinkedIn Recruiter being one of the main tools (experience is a strong asset)
  • Proactively manage and schedule interviews, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our ATS (Rexx) and support ongoing reporting activities
  • Be part of a Group-wide Talent Acquisition team with colleagues based in Belgrade and Switzerland
  • Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment journey
  • Contribute to HR projects, especially in the areas of employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Share ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools in a fast-paced environment

Your Profile

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in an industrial, technical, or manufacturing environment
  • Proven sourcing experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach methods
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Rexx; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) – interviews, meetings, and daily communication are conducted in English
  • German is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
  • Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Willingness to contribute to a team culture based on transparent, open, and trustworthy communication
