As a Team Assistant – Engine Operations (50%) you will:
 
Actively support our Shop floor employees (with managing office materials, support with event organization, expense reports, support in travel arrangements, wardrobe, working uniform, visitor registration, office materials, hotel bookings for externals etc.) and guarantee a smooth operation of the respective leadership tasks.

Your tasks

  • To provide full spectrum of administrative support and office organization for the shop floor employees from Mainline and New Engines.
  • Handling administrative processes
  • Preparation and submission of expense reports
  • Point of contact for shop floor employees
  • Support shop floor people and new joiners with organizing monthly fitting day for working uniform, Wardrobe, laundry box key, ordering office materials and expenses
  • Ensure confidentiality in respect of all matters 

Your Profile

  • A commercial or secretarial education with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong interpersonal and intercultural competence
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Flexibility, reliability, and diplomacy at all levels
  • Solid communication skills in German and English (B1+); additional languages are a plus
