Your tasks
- To provide full spectrum of administrative support and office organization for the shop floor employees from Mainline and New Engines.
- Handling administrative processes
- Preparation and submission of expense reports
- Point of contact for shop floor employees
- Support shop floor people and new joiners with organizing monthly fitting day for working uniform, Wardrobe, laundry box key, ordering office materials and expenses
- Ensure confidentiality in respect of all matters
Your Profile
- A commercial or secretarial education with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong interpersonal and intercultural competence
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Flexibility, reliability, and diplomacy at all levels
- Solid communication skills in German and English (B1+); additional languages are a plus
