Your tasks
- Continuously review operational performance in terms of Quality, Delivery and Cost and improve processes, to increase efficiency, productivity and identify potential cost drivers
- Have full overview of material requirements and ensure availability of engine parts and engine accessories/components during engine shop visits from stores and external suppliers
- Ensure timely processing of material requests within assigned working group
- Manage LLP (life limited parts) process with relevant stakeholders
- Have full overview of required Service Bulletins (modifications), within assigned working group
- Take the lead in SCK (supply chain kitting) meetings and proactively highlight and provide options for open cases on in case of material delays and no available solutions
- Manage escalation process within the assigned work group and escalate business critical observations to the management
- Support and train staff, ensuring knowhow transfer and maintain knowledge within the team
- Develop talents and ensure succession planning
- Manage workload within the assigned work group
- Support team to reach the given target and hold committed to Release to Service (RTS) date
- Ensure proper and timely planning of vacations within the assigned work group
- Manage assigned projects efficiently and within the given timeframes
Your Profile
- University degree preferably in Business/Technical Education
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in general Supply Chain Management
- Experience in component management, material planning and ability to understand MRO documents
- Previous experience in leadership
- Experience in SAP (MM/SD module)
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A self-disciplined, consequent personality is required

- Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability and attention to details
- Problem solving skills and ability to make quick and clear decisions
