Your tasks
- Develop and deliver the training program with a focus on building semi autonomous, self-sufficient teams
- Customize training content based on team needs, addressing diverse skill sets, motivation levels, and departmental requirements
- Integrate lean principles into training materials to promote continuous improvement implementation & culture
- Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback from participants and leaders
- Adjust and refine training content based on evolving needs and organizational changes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success & sustainability of training programs and the impact on team autonomy and performance
- Report on the progress of the program to senior management, providing insights into the success and challenges of the training initiatives
- Track improvements in areas such as team productivity, employee engagement, quality, and safety metrics
- Cultivate a deep understanding of team dynamics and foster an environment where teams can work independently, solve problems proactively, and take ownership of their outcomes
- Develop strategies to motivate and engage teams, encouraging them to self-manage and collaborate effectively
- Encourage the adoption of practices that promote TAT values (trust, accountability and teamwork) among team members
- Lead the shift in leadership styles by designing training modules that focus on coaching, facilitation, and empowerment
- Support leaders in transitioning from traditional, top-down management approaches to becoming facilitators and coaches for their teams
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship to leaders, helping them refine their facilitative leadership skills and guiding them through the cultural shift
Your Profile
- Highly motivated, self-driven and action oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong experience in coaching and leadership development
- Expertise in adult learning principles and training design methodologies
- Experience with lean principles, continuous improvement, and Agile or similar methodologies
- Experience in shopfloor environment /production line in industrial goods, manufacturing, or aviation is highly desirable
