As a Waterspider - New Engines you will play an essential role in maintaining high operational standards, supporting supervisors and technicians, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the shop

Your tasks

  • Support the daily operation of the LEAP/GTF Engine Shop by preparing materials and coordinating parts and assemblies according to production priorities
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods and documentation
  • Assist the Supervisor with operational coordination and interface between production, logistics, and tool store
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment by applying 5S principles across all work areas
  • Promote and ensure compliance with all Safety, Quality, and Compliance standards and company regulations
  • Identify opportunities to optimize shop processes, improving efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
  • Actively contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the production area

Your Profile

  • Completed technical or logistics apprenticeship (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Valid Category B driving licence and forklift licence
  • Accurate, reliable, and self-organized working style with a hands-on approach
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • German skills (B1) and English skills (B2)
  • Proactive team player with strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement mindset
