We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Engine Mechanic teams at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach.
 
As a HR Systems and Transformation Specialist you will be responsible for managing HR systems, driving digital transformation initiatives, and supporting HR projects and processes across the organization. You will act as a partner to IT and other business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration, data integrity, and user adoption, while contributing to organizational change and process improvement. You will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative functions related to the HR digital transformation journey.

Your tasks

  • Manage, optimize, and support HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and related applications), ensuring reliable functionality, integrations, and data quality
  • Drive HR technology and digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation and adoption of new HRIS modules and system enhancements
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs
  • Lead and support HR projects, including process redesign, organizational structure changes, system implementations, migrations, and testing activities
  • Ensure compliance, security, and governance through effective access management, documentation, audit support, and adherence to data protection standards
  • Act as the HR systems subject matter expert by providing user support, training, and guidance to promote efficient processes and self-service adoption

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, IT, or have the relevant work experience
  • Proficient knowledge and navigational skills of HR systems (preferably SAP and SuccessFactors)
  • Customer focused, result-oriented with a strong attention to detail and a problem solver who can communicate complex information effectively
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to enforce policy around the maintenance of confidential information
  • English level C1, German is considered as a plus
