We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Engine Mechanic teams at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach.
 
As a Salesforce Consultant you will be a fundamental part of Commercial Services team, who is responsible for rolling out Sales excellence projects, thus impacting our top line. You will be responsible for restructuring and administrative maintenance of existing Salesforce platform as well as preparation for new upgrades that might come. In short to mid-term, you will be immediately assuming salesforce administration role and commence requirements understanding for Salesforce enablement of Sales excellence transformation. Following that you will be working on existing Salesforce restructuring and optimization that is expected to close in mid-term. In mid to long term, it is expected that person work on Salesforce improvements and upgrades.

Your tasks

  • Restructuring of salesforce objects to enable database for strong and meaningful market intelligence and setting up data update process 
  • Maintenance and optimization of existing opportunity management workflows
  • Restructuring of existing CRM database to enable more meaningful marketing activities
  • Manage organizational salesforce capabilities through training and development of relevant users
  • Administration of the Salesforce platform (user management, approval rights, troubleshooting)

Your Profile

  • 3-5+ year experience implementing or delivering Salesforce
  • Project management experience in larger projects as a project manager or a stream leader preferably familiar with Agile methodology
  • Experience with analytics and data driven decision making processes including data visualization and presentation
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM capabilities such as:
    • Sales process and optimization
    • Salesforce object setup and structure
    • Workflow configuration and optimization
    • Product and service modeling
    • Service delivery management
    • Marketing Execution and Analytics
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of English, German is a plus
