We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across several areas, including Engine Line, Module Line and Piece Part Repair, in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. If this sounds appealing to you, we encourage you to apply for our Engine Mechanic position.
 
As a Engine Mechanic you will:

  • Support disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines, (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56)
  • Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations
  • Deliver assigned work on time and to high quality standards
  • Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement
  • Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
  • Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic or from another highly mechanical/technical industry
  • Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects
  • High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • Good English skills (minimum B1) and German speaking is an advantage
  • Able to work in a 2-shift system
