Applications
1. How do I apply to SR Technics?
We kindly invite you to submit your application exclusively through our Career page. To ensure we can evaluate your profile as thoroughly as possible, please complete the application form and provide all relevant supporting documents, including your CV, diplomas, certificates, and any reference letters.
2. What should I do if I am interested in more than one position?
If you are interested in multiple roles, please submit a separate application for each position. This allows us review your profile accurately for every opportunity.
3. I cannot find a suitable position at the moment. Can I still apply?
We recommend checking our Career page regularly, as new opportunities are continuously being added and ads updated. You can also activate job alert option.
4. Can I also apply by email or post?
Please submit your application exclusively through our online job portal. We kindly ask candidates not to send applications by email or post.
Recruitment Process
5. Does calling increase my chances in the process?
Contacting our recruitment team via phone does not influence the selection process or decision-making process. If your profile matches the requirements and we move forward with your application, our recruitment team will contact you directly regarding the next steps.
6. Will I be contacted if my profile is not selected?
Please note that only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be actively contacted. Due to the high number of applications, we are only able to individually contact candidates whose profiles match the listed requirements. However, all candidates will receive written feedback on the final status.
7. What does the recruitment process look like?
The recruitment process may vary depending on the role. In general, it may include an application review, one or more interview stages, and, for some positions, an on-site assessment or Trial Day. Any offer will be based on the candidate’s profile, market benchmarks, and internal structures to ensure fairness and consistency.

8. Can I apply if I do not have aviation experience?
Some positions require previous aviation or engine MRO experience, while others may also be open to candidates with relevant technical backgrounds from related industries. Please review the specific requirements listed in the job posting carefully.
9. Do I need to hold a Swiss work permit or EU / Swiss passport?
Please note that, in line with Swiss immigration regulations, SR Technics is currently able to consider applications primarily from candidates holding an EU passport, a Swiss passport, or a valid Swiss work permit.
For candidates with a very high level of specialization in the required field, there can be a possibility to apply for a Swiss work permit. However, this cannot be guaranteed, as each case is subject to review and approval by the Swiss authorities.
10. What language skills are required?
As a highly multicultural company, a certain level of English proficiency is important. Language requirements vary depending on the role, so please refer to the individual job posting for details. We also provide English and German language support to encourage effective communication in the workplace.
