We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across several areas in our department Piece Part Repair at Zurich Airport. If this sounds appealing to you, we encourage you to apply for our Composites Specialist position.

As a Composites Specialist you will:

  • Repair and modify composite structural components
  • Inspect and assess composite damage
  • Work according to repair schemes, specs and drawings
  • Document work steps and inspection results
  • Ensure quality and safety compliance
  • Apply 5S and support productivity improvements
  • Collaborate with Quality/Engineering

Your Profile

  • Technical apprenticeship (polymer technologist, sheet metal worker etc.)
  • Proven composite repair experience
  • Highly accurate and independent
  • Open‑minded team player
  • Good English (minimum B2); German an advantage
  • Basic IT skills
  • Willing to work 2‑shift
