We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Operational Training teams at Zurich Airport.

As a Training Program Manager you will drive the development and delivery of high-quality, compliant training programs that build critical capabilities across our engine MRO operations.

Your tasks

  • Design, maintain and continuously improve competency-based training programs for technical and operational roles
  • Translate regulatory, OEM and operational requirements into structured learning paths and curricula
  • Define training standards, documentation, and governance mechanisms ensuring audit-ready compliance for all trainings
  • Oversee the translation of program frameworks into deliverable learning solutions, ensuring trainers, SMEs, and shared services have the required inputs and standards
  • Manage delivery of classroom, hands-on and On-Job-Training activities
  • Monitor training KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and HR to align training with business needs

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, in Business, Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation MRO, technical training, regulatory training or program management preferred
  • Proven senior level project or program manager competence, ideally in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part 145, FAA, OEM) preferred and understanding and willingness to learn about engine maintenance processes, authorization / certification requirements, and willingness to deepen technical knowledge
  • Experience with training program design, competency models or LMS platforms is of advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English skills (C1) required; German skills (B1) desired
