Your tasks
- Design, maintain and continuously improve competency-based training programs for technical and operational roles
- Translate regulatory, OEM and operational requirements into structured learning paths and curricula
- Define training standards, documentation, and governance mechanisms ensuring audit-ready compliance for all trainings
- Oversee the translation of program frameworks into deliverable learning solutions, ensuring trainers, SMEs, and shared services have the required inputs and standards
- Manage delivery of classroom, hands-on and On-Job-Training activities
- Monitor training KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and HR to align training with business needs
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, in Business, Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation MRO, technical training, regulatory training or program management preferred
- Proven senior level project or program manager competence, ideally in a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part 145, FAA, OEM) preferred and understanding and willingness to learn about engine maintenance processes, authorization / certification requirements, and willingness to deepen technical knowledge
- Experience with training program design, competency models or LMS platforms is of advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English skills (C1) required; German skills (B1) desired
