Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your tasks
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for operational, technical, and selected white-collar roles across SR Technics but especially for our headquarter in Switzerland
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the wider HR team, ensuring smooth processes and strong stakeholder alignment
- Source talent through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), manage interviews, and maintain accurate data in our ATS
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment journey
- Contribute to group-wide TA initiatives, HR projects, and continuous improvement in employer branding, campaigns, and recruitment tools
Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on in-house recruitment and sourcing experience, preferably in an industrial, technical, or manufacturing but international environment
- Proven sourcing experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach methods
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Rexx; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) – interviews, meetings, and daily communication are conducted in English. German is a strong advantage
